The new building continues the monumental character and scale of the Government Printing Office Building and the Old Post Office along North Capitol Street while relating to the moderately scaled St. Aloysius Church and the smaller Gonzaga High School buildings to the north. The 10-story building contains approximately 308,000 gross square feet. Below grade, 3 levels of parking (approximately 100,000 sq. ft.) accommodate about 230 cars.
